Clearly I'm Hungry

I want this sandwich RIGHT NOW.  And I also want to go home and concoct some sort of awesome something with the Mike's Hot Honey I have.  It's got a serious kick to it and so far I've only tried it on biscuits. 

But now I want to try to make something along these lines:
