IWS Babe of the Week: Serena Williams

The IWS Babe of the Week is Gold Medal Tennis Champion Serena Williams!! Along with her sister Venus, Serena came straight outta Compton right to the top of the tennis world in 1995 and won the first of her 29 Grand Slam titles at the U.S. Open in 1999 and her most recent at Wimbledon this year at the age of 31!

Serena has her haters out there. People who don’t think she fits the American Beauty ideal have long criticized her becoming a sex symbol and fashion icon.

The American sports media has complained nonstop for 17 years now that Serena doesn’t kiss their ass the way they think she should. It really infuriates them when someone doesn’t do what they tell them to do and is still ultra-successful.

But, despite her haters, Serena will undoubtedly go down as the greatest female tennis player of her generation. And this weekend Serena added one more title, That of Olympic Champion after she crushed Maria Sharapova of Russia in the finals.

So congrats Serena Williams: All-American Champion and IWS Babe of the Week!

I'm thinking Anne Hathaway?  Does she look good in film noir?  Evidently, she does...

Nigella Lawson: This English Muffin is a food writer, journalist and broadcast. She is also the daughter of Nigel Lawson, former Chancellor of Exchequer and a graduate of Oxford University. 

Katie Lee: A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Katie was a TV food critic for PBS programs and published her first cookbook “The Comfort Table.” Ms Lee was married to rocker Billy Joel from 2004-2009 until she realized he’s way to fucking old for her. 

Ching He Huang: Born in Taiwan, brought up in South Africa and moved to London when she was 11, Ching has a passion for healthy Chinese food and has developed a big following on Great Food Live and on Ching’s Kitchen. She is also the author of FIVE bestselling cookbooks. 

Giada De Laurentiis: Giada needs no introduction as she is one of the most famous celebrity chefs in the world. She studied at Le Cordon Blue in Paris and became a world class Pastry Chef before becoming a TV chef. Her show Every Day Italian and accompanying cookbooks rocketed her to fame quickly. She is currently hosting her newest show on Food Network Giada at Home.

It gets gets cold and boring in Canada, so it's a good thing that you have one, Shera Bechard who is a former girlfriend of one bawdy displayer of women, Hugh Hefner, with whom to keep warm...

Sunday is Babe of the Week Day here on IWS, and it's Father's Day, so we were in a bit of a conundrum.  How does one cellebrate Father's Day and still celebrate babes?

Easy...find a babe who is one helluva father and to that end, there is no equal, to the lovable, sexy, yet, stern father, that is Rosie O'Donnell!!

Rosie is, or was, a wonderful husband to this chick...

French Open Champion Maria Sharapova is BotW

2012 Ladies French Open Champion Maria Sharapova is this week’s IWS Babe of the Week!

In 2004 a 17 year old Maria stunned the world by defeating Serena Williams in the Wimbledon Finals. Her big time tennis game paired with stunning beauty meant the 6’ tall Russian bombshell was here to stay.

There was never any fear that she would be another Anna Kournikova as it became obvious that she was a winner when she achieved the World #1 Ranking in 2005.

Since then she has turned herself into both a champion and a brand. She’s equally comfortable gutting it out on the tennis courts winning championships as she is modeling her own line of tennis wear or on the red carpet.

Miss Sharapova has now completed the “career grand slam” as she was won the Australia Open, Wimbledon, the US Open and French Open. She’s clearly more than just a pretty face and long, looooooooong sexy legs.

It's been an amazing weekend for Maria. She has won the French Open, regained her World #1 ranking and now named IWS Babe of the Week. A true dream weekend, I'm sure!

Babe of the Week Charlize Theron

South African Stunner Charlize Theron is the IWS Babe of the Week this week.

Ms. Theron started out as a fashion model, but quickly proved that she had great acting skills too. She was first noticed in The Devil’s Advocate, but really burst on the scene after winning an Academy Award for Monster in 2003.

Charlize was nominated again for an Oscar in 2005 for her brilliant performance in North Country.

Next week her latest movie Snow White and the Huntsman, where she stars alongside Kristen Stewart will be released and it’s already getting great reviews from people who have pre-screened it. She has also recently adopted a baby boy! And now, on top of all these other great blessings, she’s IWS’ Babe of the Week! Congrats Charlize! 

IWS Babe of the Week: Brooklyn Decker Naked Battleship!!

Oh sure...Ya'd think a hot babe named Brooklyn Decker was born in the Big Apple, but nope.  Twenty- Five year old 2010 SI Swimsuit Cover Girl Brooklyn Decker, is a grain fed babe who was born only minutes away from the Matt-Man, in Kettering, Ohio...

She has built upon her magical cover girl hotness by realizing a successful acting career and is currently starring in the blockbuster hit, Battleship, as Samantha Shane...

Brooklyn is also cast as the lead in another upcoming movie, of which I forget the title, but if it includes this shot, I would simply call it, "Hot Girl on the Beach"...

For some insane reason, Brooklyn Decker married tennis star Andy Roddick in 2009...

I don't know why she had to do that...Hell, I would have been more than willing to serve an ace fast and hard to her back court.  Then again...

Maybe I'd just lob my balls at her.

In fact, if we did it on a clay court, I could get her ass cheeks all red and what not, without even having to spank her.  But, that would be sad...and that would be a fault on my part.

Anyhoo...Here's to Kettering, Ohio's own Brooklyn Decker.  We hardly got to know you personally, and we, well...I, am still crying because of the missed opportunity.

Bristol Palin: America's Mommy and Babe of the Week

Bristol Palin is the obvious choice for this week’s very special Mother’s Day Edition of Babe of the Week.

America first met Bristol during the 2008 presidential elections. At the time Bristol was 16 and pregnant and the charm and dignity that she showed in the face of vicious attacks from liberals made us all fall in love with her.  

After the election, Bristol was next heard from when she went on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. Unfortunately, the bitter, jealous liberals won out again and Bristol was denied a victory that she had very clearly earned.

Now Bristol has found her voice as an advocate for conservative causes such as abstinence, traditional family values and opposition to gay marriage. Like her mother, Bristol is strong and powerful and never backs down from her beliefs. Which makes her even more appealing to the staff here at IWS.
