YouTube Clip of Making "Pok Pok"

The proper name of the Thai salad is som tam, but it works much better if you just order it from the waitress as "pok pok." Farangs who use this affectionate term will either get a giggle or hysterical laughter. The video clip above was filmed in the Thai restaurant of the same name in Portland, Oregon. Apparently, the American chef doing the pok poking is very famous, but I've never heard of him.
